Each of these Safiri Slings were handmade in Adele's shop in Kakuma. The materials were sourced in Nairobi or Kakuma.
Adele is a refugee from the Democratic Republic of the Congo who started a sewing business with her husband; these bags were made in her shop with 2 electric machines and about seven hand-powered ones.
